1. Call to Order
   Saffa calls the meeting to order at 10:18 A.M.
2. Roll Call
   Present: Jeremy, Liam, Mario, Abigail, Damian, Amy, Saffa, Jack, Bella, Ibraheem, Juniper
   Excused: Annette
3. Approval of the Agenda (unanimous required)
   Amy moves to approve the agenda. Mario seconds. No objections, motion passes.
4. Membership Drive
   We added two new members: Liam and Abigail.
5. General Secretary’s Announcements
   UCLA Encampment
   OCDSA Socialist Forum on Cuba
6. President’s Announcements
   New meeting time: Tuesday 7pm.
7. Organizing Committee Announcements
   Bella: Didn’t get to announce the field trip. November 8, supporting UAW 4811 in Santa Ana. Hang out in Downtown Santa Ana, go to a Persian restaurant. Get your Metrolink Student Adventure Pass now.
   Mario: No announcements.
8. Constitutional Amendments
   Amy moves to vote on the Organizing Committee Amendment. Jack seconds. No objections, motion passes. 8 aye, 0 nay. Amendment passes.
   Amy moves to approve the YDSA National Convention Amendment. Damian seconds. No objections, motion passes. 7 aye, 0 nay. Amendment passes.
   Amy moves to approve the Ranked Choice Voting Amendment. Jack seconds. No objections, motion passes. 7 aye, 0 nay. Amendment passes.
9. Tabling Accountability Proposal (Saffa)
   Proposal: for those that are tabling, we need an accountability schedule. If you’re unable to make it, you need to notify the OrgCom chat and a Steering Committee member. Three-strike system: if you don’t communicate your tabling absence, you will be removed from the tabling schedule (or for OrgCom members, from OrgCom; SC-appointees are automatic, member-appointees through a vote in the next meeting).
   
   Saffa moves to approve. Damian seconds. Amy objects.
   Yea: Mario, Abigail, Saffa
   Nay: Amy, Jack, Juniper
   Abstain: Liam, Damian
   3 ayes, 3 noes, 2 abstains. Motion fails.
   
   Alternative proposal: have it official policy that it is mandatory to say in the chat that you will be unable to make it to your tabling. Case-by-case basis for handling.
   Amy’s amendment: Unless there are exigent circumstances later communicated, communication in chat 2 hours before tabling time.
   Amy moves to approve the amendment to the proposal. Juniper seconds. No objections, no abstentions, amendment passes.
   Mario moves to approve the alternative proposal. Saffa seconds. With Damian abstaining, roll call vote:
